WHO ARE YOU?

I am a Teacher, Social Worker and Human Resources Manager. I speak three languages ie. Luganda, English and French.

 
WHAT DO YOU DO?

I share skills and knowledge with individuals or groups of people which they can integrate into their work lifestyle in order to improve their performance. By improved performance it means you are able to meet your deadlines, achieve your targets, improve the quality of your outputs and be able to measure your output.
The skills I share are based on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and my focus is on basic Computer skills ie. Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Work Planning, Personal Information Managers (Outlook) and Internet.
I also share Performance Management Best Practices. These are practical, realistic and sustainable things that an individual or organisation can do to generally improve performance without necessarily incurring extra costs.
My work is done in form of a Training Experience which doesn't last more than 7 days.

 

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT?
 

It is the ability to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in your work. The indicators of good performance include deadlines and targets being met, working within the hours specified in your job description and most importantly the ability to measure work outputs.
 

WHO ARE YOUR TARGET CLIENTS?

My target Clients include the following:
Administrators, Human resources managers, Education sector, Libraries, Media (TV, Radio, & Print media), Telecommunication, Agro-producers, Entertainment (event organisers), Community-based organisations, Business owners, Entrepreneurs, etc.
